It was Moved by Councillor Annis Seconded by Councillor Kooner That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R118 for information; 2. Award Contract No. 1220-040-2023-010 to Sanderson Concrete Inc. in the amount of $1,262,499.00 including GST, for the supply of up to a maximum of four fully serviced pre-cast concrete park washroom buildings within the initial contract term; 3. Set the expenditure authorization limit for Contract No. 1220-040-2023-010 at $1,388,748.90 including GST and contingency; and 4. Authorize the General Manager, Parks, Recreation & Culture to execute a one-year contract with four one-year optional extensions for a total of five years in favour of the City, subject to satisfactory performance and any other related considerations to a maximum amount of $1,388,748.90 including contingency, applicable taxes and plus annual consumer price index (CPI) rate increases.
