It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Stutt That Council direct staff to: 1. Include the current bylaws for standard of care for rental units; 2. Provide how the City regulations compare to other surrounding municipalities; 3. Focus on standards for health maintenance including heating and cooling; and 4. Consider ways to protect the tenants due to any changes to the bylaws. RES.R24-660 Carried
