It was Moved by Councillor Hepner Seconded by Councillor Bains That Council: 1. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Contribution Agreement with British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“BC Hydro”) in the amount of $183,690.00 to support upgrading existing High Intensity Discharge streetlight fixtures to Light Emitting Diode (“LED”) fixtures; 2. Authorize the purchase of 1,003 LED streetlight fixtures from LED Roadway Lighting Ltd., engaged through the Provincial Corporate Supply Arrangement, to an upset limit of $445,000.00 (including freight, levies, applicable taxes, and contingency);
