It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Bose That: 1. Council authorize referral of Development Application No. 7925-0150, for a Non-Farm Use within the Agricultural Land Reserve, to the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) for consideration. Staff will proceed with the application based on ALC’s decision and directives. 2. Should Council support referring the proposal to the ALC, and should the ALC support the Non-Farm Use, Council instruct staff to resolve the following issues prior to final approval: (a) resolution of all engineering requirements to the satisfaction of the General Manager, Engineering (Appendix C); and (b) resolution of all necessary conditions, as identified by the ALC, including the requirement for a Temporary Use Permit or Rezoning application.
