(a) in Section J.4 of Part 37 Town Centre Commercial Zone ( C-15), to permit a child care centre to be located at 17684 - 57 Avenue, with a portion of its open space and play area located on an abutting lot at 17706 – 57 Avenue. If supported, the Development Variance Permit will be brought forward for issuance and execution by the Mayor and City Clerk once all outstanding conditions are satisfied. 2. Council instruct staff to resolve the following issues prior to final approval: (a) resolution of all engineering requirements to the satisfaction of the General Manager, Engineering (Appendix B); and (b) registration of a Section 219 Access Easement and Restrictive Covenant for use of the outdoor play area and parking on an abutting lot.
