R26/14-8 It was moved and seconded (1) That the comments on the "Tilbury Phase 2 LNG Expansion Project", as outlined in Attachment 2, be endorsed for submission to the BC Environmental Assessment Office as part of the public comment period; and (2) That a letter be sent to the Minister of Environment and Parks, with copies sent to Richmond Members of the Legislative Assembly and to Metro Vancouver and all Mayors of Metro Vancouver municipalities, reaffirming Richmond’s opposition to the Tilbury Phase 2 Liquefied Natural Gas Expansion project and the lack of ability to access project information.
