It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Bains That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R057 for information; 2. Approve the proposed Inter-municipal TNS Business Licence Agreement Bylaw, 2023, No. 20938, as documented in Appendix "I" of the report; 3. Approve the proposed Inter-municipal TNS Business Licence Scheme Bylaw, 2023, No. 20939, as documented in Appendix "II" of the report; 4. Direct the City Clerk to give public notice on the City’s website at www.surrey.ca from May 2, 2023 until May 15, 2023, of the Inter-municipal TNS Business Licence Agreement Bylaw, 2023, No. 20938 and of the Inter-municipal TNS Business Licence Scheme Bylaw, 2023, No. 20939 (the "Bylaws") and to provide an opportunity to persons who consider they are affected by the proposed Bylaws to make written representations to Council; and 5. Authorize the City Clerk to bring forward the Bylaws for the required readings. RES.R23-895 Carried
