Repeal City Policies H-2 Driveway Crossings of Boulevards and Ditches, H-3 Cost Sharing – Storm Sewer and Frontage Tile, H-4 Cost Sharing on Drainage Ditch Maintenance, H-5 Maintenance of Private Drains, H-6 Lowland Ditching Policy, and H-7 Obstructed Ditches on Private Property; 3. Approve a new City Policy H-57 Drainage Operation and Maintenance Responsibilities, attached as Appendix "I" and as described in the report; and 4. Approve a new City Policy H-58 Flood Response Operations, attached as Appendix "II" and as described in the report. RES.R25-2348 Carried
