It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Stutt That: 1. Council rescind Third Reading of Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment Bylaw No. 20926 that was granted by Resolution No. R23-903 at the May 1, 2023, Regular Council - Public Hearing meeting. 2. Council rescind Second Reading of OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 20926 that was granted by Resolution No. R23-715 at the April 17, 2023, Regular Council - Land Use meeting. 3. Council amend OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 20926 (Appendix III), Table 7a: Land Use Designation Exceptions within the Mixed Employment designation by adding site specific permission for the subject site to permit a density up to 2.97 FAR (net calculation), and set a date for Public Hearing. 4. Council determine the opportunities for consultation with persons, organizations and authorities that are considered to be affected by the proposed amendment to the OCP, as described in the Report, to be appropriate to meet the requirement of Section 475 of the Local Government Act. 5. Council grant Second Reading to OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 20926, as amended, and set a date for Public Hearing. 6. Council rescind Third Reading of Rezoning Bylaw No. 20927 that was granted by Resolution No. R23-904 at the May 1, 2023, Regular Council - Public Hearing meeting. Regular Council - Land Use Minutes September 29, 2025 Page 3 7. Council rescind Second Reading of Rezoning Bylaw No. 20927 that was granted by Resolution No. R23-718 at the April 17, 2023, Regular Council - Land Use meeting. 8. Council amend Rezoning Bylaw No. 20927, as shown in Appendix IV. 9. Council grant Second Reading to Rezoning Bylaw No. 20927, as amended, and set a date for Public Hearing. 10. Council authorize staff to draft the amended Development Permit No. 7921-0082-00 for Form and Character (Appendix I). 11. Council instruct staff to resolve all subject conditions outlined in the initial Planning Report for Development Application No. 7921-0082-00, dated April 17, 2023 prior to final adopti0n.
