RES.R24-1444 Carried Development Variance Permit No. 7922-0126-00 To reduce the minimum rear (west) yard setback to the principal building face; to reduce the minimum front (east) yard setback to the principal building face for Buildings 2 and 4; to increase the maximum percentage of back-to-back units from 20% to 21%; and to reduce the minimum indoor amenity space required before cash-in-lieu may be applied for a 29-unit townhouse from 74 square metres to 0 square metres.
