It was Moved by Councillor Stutt Seconded by Councillor Kooner That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R080 for information; 2. Approve the execution by the General Manager of Parks, Recreation & Culture of a Partnering Agreement between the City and the Surrey Eagles Hockey (2022) LLP, subject to compliance with the public notice provisions of the Community Charter, SBC 2003, C.26, and as approved by the City Solicitor, all as generally described in the report; and 3. Approve the execution by the General Manager of Parks, Recreation & Culture of two License Agreements between the City and the Surrey Eagles, subject to compliance with the public notice provisions of the Community Charter, SBC 2003, C.26, and as approved by the City Solicitor, all as generally described in the report.
