2. Approve the renewal of Contract No. 1220-040-2021-065 to Alpine Landscaping Ltd. in the amount of $465,510.05, including GST, for landscape services of street medians from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024; 2. Set the expenditure authorization limit for Contract No. 1220-040-2021-065 at $509,844.34including GST and contingency; and 3. Authorize the General Manager, Parks, Recreation & Culture to execute a one-year renewal of Contract No.1220-040-2021-065 and one remaining one-year optional extension for a total of two-years in favour of the City, subject to satisfactory performance and any other related considerations to a maximum amount of $509,844.34 including contingency, applicable taxes and plus annual Vancouver area consumer price index rate increases.
