Richmond Youth Advisory Committee 2025 Annual Report and 2026 Work Program

The proposed priorities for the committee include: • Acting as a resource to the City by providing recommendations and input on issues related to youth and young adults in Richmond; • Inviting guest speakers to present on programs and services available to youth and emerging trends facing youth and young adults in Richmond in order to build YAC members' capacity in providing advice on youth-related matters; • Providing input and feedback on the implementation of the City's Youth Strategy; and • Promoting engagement opportunities and programs for youth that are led and supported by the City, including youth involvement in the upcoming municipal election through the City's Youth at the Booth initiative.
