2. Even during the Summer season, 700 parking spaces remain available in the study area. However, the majority of these spaces are private paid parking lots or reserved on-site customer parking: a. Paid off-street parking facilities are less than 40 per cent utilized even in the peak season; and b. On-site reserved commercial parking for visitors or staff of a specific business is less than 50 per cent utilized.
