It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Hepner That Council: 1. Approve a Purchase Order(s) in the amount of $854,931.08 (including GST) payable to Southern Railway of British Columbia for a railway crossing warning system for the 70 Avenue extension between King George Boulevard and 138 Street; 2. Set the expenditure authorization limit for this Purchase Order(s) at $855,000.00 (including GST and contingency); and 3. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to execute this Purchase Order(s) and release payments to Southern Railway of British Columbia in the amount of $855,000.00 (including GST and contingency).
