It was Moved by Councillor Elford Seconded by Councillor Stutt That Planning Report Application No. 7926-0132-00 be referred back to staff to work with the applicant to update the proposal and refine the land-use concept. Staff recommend that the total commercial floor area be reduced, which could be accomplished by eliminating the office floor area. Reducing the total commercial floor space would bring the proposal into alignment with the Official Community Plan. RES.R26-1466 Carried With Councillors Annis, Bose and Nagra opposed.
