The applicant is proposing to separate the development application currently at Third Reading into two development applications, due to existing leasing arrangements with current commercial tenants. The two development applications (Appendix A) are: o Application No. 7919-0285-00 is continuing with proposed Lot 1/Tower 1 on the northwest portion of the site. o Application No. 7925-0373-00 is for Lots 2 and 3, with Towers 2 and 3 on the northeast portion of the site, and will likely finalize later, due to leasing arrangements on the properties at 15150 – 18 Avenue and 1797 – 152 Street.
