2023 UBCM POVERTY REDUCTION PLANNING AND ACTION PROGRAM GRANT SUBMISSION

The Richmond Public Library has agreed to host the resource navigation pilot program and will work with City staff to co-lead the project. The Community Poverty Reduction and Prevention Table will act as the project's Steering Committee and a project coordinator will be hired on contract through a portion of the grant to lead project development and implementation, which will involve recruitment, training and supervision of the Community Team. Persons with lived and living experience will be involved throughout the project and will be paid a Living Wage for their time.
