"Newton Business Improvement Area Bylaw, 2024, No. 21043" 3900-20-21043 – Council Initiative A Bylaw to renew the Newton Business Improvement Area for five-year term from 2024 to 2028. The purpose of the Business Improvement Area is to assist local property owners to upgrade and promote a local business district to improve its economic viability.
