Moved by Councillor Bains Seconded by Councillor Stutt That Council: 1. Approve the execution by the Mayor of a Partnering Agreement between the City and Surrey City Development Corporation for a ten-year term from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2033, attached to Corporate Report R163 as Appendix "I", subject to compliance with the public notice provisions of the Community Charter, SBC 2003, C.26, and as approved by the City Solicitor; and 2. Instruct the City Clerk to forward a copy of the report and Council's resolution related to this report to the Board of Surrey City Development Corporation. RES.R23-2023 Carried With Councillor Nagra opposed.
