Singh) To zone the Lands from Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to Multiple Residential 30 Zone (RM-30) to allow a townhouse development generally consisting of two lots and a total of 156 units. In addition, the proposal includes Development Variance Permit 7924-0079-00 for setbacks in Part 22 of the "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993 No. 12000". Six pieces of correspondence expressing support and one piece of correspondence expressing concerns was received for this proposal.
