It was Moved by Councillor Hepner Seconded by Councillor Bose That: 1. should Council grant First and Second Reading to the subject Comprehensive Development Zone, Council is requested to direct staff to file Bylaw No. 17764 previously brought forward for this project and granted Third Reading on October 1, 2012. 2. a Bylaw be introduced to rezone the properties at 2112 - 160 Street, 16197 - 20 Avenue, 16211 - 20 Avenue, 16219 - 20 Avenue, the portion of 16113 - 20 Avenue shown as Block 3, the portion of 16203 - 20 Avenue shown as Block 1, and the portion of 16273 - 20 Avenue shown as Block 2 on the attached Survey Plan (Appendix I), from "Acreage Residential Zone (RA)" to "Comprehensive Development Zone (CD)", and a date be set for Public Hearing. 3. Council authorize staff to draft the updated General Development Permit No. 7912-0140-00 generally in accordance with the attached drawings (Appendix I), and the finalized Ecosystem Development Plan.
