3. Authorize the City Clerk to bring forward for the required readings a revised 2025 Development Cost Charge Bylaw (the "2025 DCC Bylaw"), attached as Appendix "I"; 4. Following third reading, direct staff to forward the 2025 DCC Bylaw to the Provincial Inspector of Municipalities for approval, authorizing the City to enact the Bylaw ("Provincial Approval"); and 5. Upon Provincial Approval, authorize the City Clerk to bring forward the 2025 DCC Bylaw for Final Adoption. RES.R25-2023 Carried
