It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Bains That: 1. Award Contract No. 1220-030-2025-031 to GDI Services (Canada) LP for the provision of Janitorial and Custodial Maintenance Services for Surrey City Hall for the period of October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, in the amount of $491,343.35 including GST; 2. Approve the option to extend Contract No. 1220-030-2025-031 for up to four additional one-year terms, at the City's sole discretion, to provide janitorial and custodial maintenance services for Surrey City Hall; 3. Set the annual expenditure authorization limit for Contract No. 1220-030-2025-031 at $520,000.00 (including GST and add- on services), plus annual Consumer Price Index increases; and 4. Authorize the General Manager, Corporate Services to execute Contract No. 1220- 030-2025-031 and the option to extend for four, one-year optional terms. RES.R25-2502 Carried
