Shoker) PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting to amend the Official Community Plan Figure 3: General Land Use Designations from Urban (URB) to Multiple Residential (MR). The proposal also includes amending "Surrey Zoning Bylaw, 1993, No. 12000, Amendment Bylaw, 2020, No. 20162" (Comprehensive Development Zone) for the Lands to allow a proposed development generally consisting of a 4-storey mixed-use building consisting of 27 market rental dwelling units and 513 square metres of at-grade commercial space in South Newton.
