Acuity Brands, Inc. be engaged to an upset limit of $70,000.00 (including freight, levies, applicable taxes, and contingency) to supply and deliver approximately 92 Light Emitting Diode streetlight fixtures for locations requiring brighter lighting levels and decorative post top fixtures. 2. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to release payments related to the supply and delivery of Light Emitting Diode streetlight fixtures and appurtenances from the Corporate Supply Arrangement; 3. Award Contract No. 1220-040-2023-067 to Cobra Electric Services Ltd. in the amount of $110,430.08 (including applicable taxes) for the removal and replacement of existing High Intensity Discharge streetlighting fixtures with Light Emitting Diode fixtures; 4. Set the expenditure authorization limit for Contract No. 1220-040-2023-067 at $120,000.00 (including applicable taxes and contingency); and 5.
