The General Manager, Corporate Services submitted a report to request that Council consider a permissive tax exemption for an Engineering Operations parking facility and riparian area located at 6489 - 148 Street pursuant to Section 224(2)(b) of the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26 and in accordance with the City's Tax Exemption Policy, as documented in Appendix "I". It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Annis That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R196 for information; 2. Authorize the City Clerk to bring forward Engineering Operations Parking Facility Tax Exemption Bylaw, 2025, No. 21767 for the required readings; and 3. Direct the City Clerk to publish notice of the proposed permissive tax exemptions undersections 94 and 227 of the Community Charter, SBC 2003, c. 26. RES.R25-2350 Carried
