It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Bains That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report No. R089 for information; 2. Authorize staff to bring forward bylaw amendments to Surrey Official Community Plan Bylaw, 2014, No. 18020, as documented in Appendix "I", to designate Transit- Oriented Areas and introduce associated density and height provisions; 3. Authorize staff to bring forward bylaw amendments to Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993, No. 12000, as documented in Appendix "II", to revise residential off-street parking requirements within designated Transit-Oriented Areas; and 4. Direct staff to notify the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure upon the final adoption of the bylaw designating Transit-Oriented Areas. RES.R24-1039 Carried
