The subject single-storey unit (7791 Steveston Highway) is approximately 139 m2 (1500 ft2) and is currently vacant. The main entrance to the subject unit is located on Steveston Highway. No exterior building alterations are proposed as part of the subject TCUP. A separate sign permit may be required to accommodate new business signage.
