Gray) PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting to zone the Lands from General Agricultural Zone (A-1) to CD 20847 to allow a proposed development generally consisting of a dairy processing facility with an accessory farm market and eating establishment. The Non-Farm Use and Soil Use were approved by the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC). The Notice of the Public Hearing was read by the Legislative Services Manager. There were no persons present to speak to the proposed Bylaw. No written submissions regarding the proposed Bylaw were received.
