Moved by Councillor Stutt Seconded by Councillor Kooner That Council: 1. Receive the report dated August 20, 2025, regarding an application from the Nikaniuk Residence (13756 – 112 Avenue) for financial assistance for stairs and retaining wall construction (Appendix I); 2. Approve financial assistance in the amount of $15,000 which represents less than 50% of the value of the works as per the quote provided by Mosaic Landscaping Ltd; and 3. Direct staff to advise the applicant that payment of financial assistance shall only be made following inspection by appropriate City staff to ensure that the works were undertaken in accordance with the original terms of the application.
