It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Stutt That Council: 1. Approve partial advance funding for Spandan Arts Dance Academy’s Global Dance Festival 2026 event in an amount of up to $6,000, to be released prior to the submission of receipts; and 2. Authorize the release of the remaining balance of the approved funding following submission of eligible receipts, provided that the total amount released does not exceed the lesser of the total value of eligible receipts submitted and the total approved funding, and that any amount advanced in excess of eligible receipts submitted be repaid to the City.
