Award Contract No. 4722-011-11 to Regehr Contracting Ltd. in the amount of $5,056,618.82 (including GST) for the Darts Hill Sanitary Siphon, and set the expenditure authorization limit at $5,563,000.00 (including GST and contingency); 2. Award Consultant Agreement No. 4722-011 C2 to Aplin & Martin Consultants Ltd. in the amount of $275,514.75 (including GST) for the related engineering construction services, and set the expenditure authorization limit at $300,000.00 (including GST and contingency); and 3. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to execute Contract No. 4722-011-11 and Consultant Agreement No. 4722-011 C2. RES.R25-3039 Carried
