Agent: Citiwest Consulting Ltd. (R. Jawanda) Rezoning from CD to R2 Development Variance Permit to permit subdivision from three to four lots. It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Bains That: 1. Council endorse the Public Notification to proceed for Bylaw No. 21755 to rezone the subject site from "Comprehensive Development Zone (CD)" to "Quarter Acre Residential Zone (R2)". 2. Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7925-0138-00, varying the following in the Zoning By-law, to proceed to Public Notification: (a) to reduce the minimum lot width of the R2 Zone from 24 metres to 16.6 metres for proposed Lot 1; (b) to reduce the minimum lot width of the R2 Zone from 24 metres to 16.0 metres for proposed Lot 2; and (c) to reduce the minimum lot width of the R2 Zone from 24 metres to 20.2 metres for proposed Lot 4. 3. Council close Development Variance Permit No. 7922-0271-00 when the project is considered for final adoption.
