This revision scales back the massing on this corner and enhances solar access and openness of outlook for the courtyard-facing residential units. o The tower facade expression has been further developed through materials studies. The profile expressed through the metal panels on the north and south elevations on the tower have been revised to facilitate a stronger emphasis on the podium, while expressing a more legible verticality within the tower. • The proposed non-residential uses (retail, office and hotel) remain unchanged with a gross FAR of 1.84. • Details of the revised proposal are included in the table below.
