As a result of the presentation, the following referral motion was introduced: R23/6-11 It was moved and seconded That the Vision Zero strategies be referred to staff for further analysis. The question on the referral motion was not called as discussion took place on Richmond Active Transportation Committee hosting the working group, (ii) further enhancing community safety in Richmond, and (iii) examining studies on flashing yellow lights versus red lights at pedestrian crosswalks. The question on the referral motion was then called and it was CARRIED .
