Castellanos) PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting to zone the Lands from General Agriculture Zone (A1) to Business Park 1 Zone (IB-1) to allow a proposed development generally consisting of a multi-tenant industrial / business park building. In addition, the proposal includes Development Variance Permit 7924-0280-00 for variances in Part 47A of the "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993, No. 12000".
