Council close Development Variance Permit No. 7915-0352-00. 4. a Bylaw be introduced to amend Map 11, North Grandview Heights of Schedule G, Section E of Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993, No. 12000, to identify the subject site within Area B, and set a date for Public Hearing. 5. Council endorse the Public Notification to proceed for Bylaw No. 21774 to rezone the subject site from "Acreage Residential Zone (RA)" to "Quarter Acre Residential Zone (R2)". 6. Council authorize staff to draft Development Permit No. 7915-0352-00 for Hazard Lands (Steep Slopes), Sensitive Ecosystems (Streamside Areas and Green Infrastructure Areas), and Farm Protection generally in accordance with the finalized Ecosystem Development Plan and geotechnical report. 7. Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7915-0352-01, varying the following, to proceed to Public Notification:
