It was Moved by Councillor Bains Seconded by Councillor Kooner That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R060 for information; and 2. Approve the execution by the General Manager, Corporate Services of a five-year lease agreement with a five-year renewal term at the option of CBI Limited on the terms and conditions contained in this report to allow CBI Limited continued occupancy and use of commercial retail unit 120 within the Surrey Sport and Leisure Complex located on the City property at 16555 Fraser Highway, as generally illustrated in Appendix "I" attached to the report, subject to compliance with the notice provisions of Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26. RES.R25- Carried
