Pelletier) To zone a portion of the Lands labelled as Block A from General Agriculture Zone (A-1), Acreage Residential Zone (RA) and Comprehensive Development Zone (CD) to Multiple Residential 30 Zone (RM-30) to allow a development generally consisting of 218 townhouse units. In addition, the proposal includes Development Variance Permit 7922-0069-00 for setbacks in Part 22 of the "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993, No. 12000". No correspondence was received for this proposal.
