It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Bose That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R076 for information; 2. Approve an Amendment to the existing Coordinated Works Agreement (the "Agreement"), attached to this report as Appendix "I", with BC Hydro for the installation of the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority duct work, which is being delivered as part of the upcoming 64 Avenue Improvements from 177B Street to 184 Street; 3. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to execute the Amendment of this Agreement and related change order for Contract No. 1722-022-11; and 4. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to execute future Amendment(s) of this Agreement, if required, provided the amendments have no financial impact to the City. RES.R25- Carried
